I, Ron Miller, as a graduate/BA Degree [plus over 100 graduate units] of UCSBC and 31-year experienced H.S. teacher within Ventura County ... in addition: a 'LIFETIME' of experience with transportation issues and operation.* As a school-bus operator at the age of 16, I began as a professional transportation worker via Ventura County Schools [via director, Charles Day]; #1 driver [of 12 drivers] for 'Citizen's Transist of Ventura for 8 yrs.; SCAT for 0..5 yr.; Simi Valley Transit for 5 years; 2 years working for VISTA; and especially, 3-years as an Ambassador and FEMA- funded overseeing SUPERVISOR [of the entire Ventura County and Lancaster railroad operations out of the METROLINK downtown Los Angeles facilities and every station facility from LAUS to Oxnard ...plus...Santa Clarita/Palmdale]. * I present this background information to establish credibility to my offer to contribute advice and insight in this area for efficient growth and informed choices I feel the public should know, and the better understanding of how it could apply to many more lives than those now aware of the great benefits.
