- 19½ year Campus Park Homeowner
- Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee (Mayor/City Council appointed)
- Regional Trails Advisory Committee; Happy Camp Task Force (County appointed)
Recent accomplishments/activities:
- Obtained education grants for Moorpark College and Moorpark’s schools worth over $700,000.
- Ran phone bank to pass assessment to "Save Moorpark’s Parks."
- Co-wrote and led successful campaign FOR Moorpark SOAR (Save Open-space and Agricultural Resources)
- Led successful referendum campaign AGAINST Hidden Creek/Messenger.
I support:
- Keeping Moorpark a small, safe town and working to make an even better community
- Improved traffic safety, with better planning—combining road improvements with convenient transit alternatives
- Building up the business base within Moorpark
- Moving City Hall to High Street to "jump-start" downtown revitalization
- More recreational opportunities for all—from kids to seniors
- Consensus-based actions to preserve Tierra Rejada Greenbelt
- An Arroyo Simi "greenway"
